Project Management
- Decider Protocols
- How do you have good decision making protocols on a team?
- The problem here… is that there isn’t anyone to argue with. Just yourself!
- So, the question arises, how do you manage such a complex project without anyone to work with?
- When its a short project (4-5 weeks) you just ram through it and you get it done.
- That… doesn’t work so well on a year long project. Either just doesn’t end up happening, or, it goes on and on and on and on…
- How to succeed on your capstone…
