I had a chance to see Terry Brooks in Eugene, Oregon a few weeks ago. WOW!

Terry is the author of the Shannara series of books. When I was a little kid, he was literally the first adult author that I read. It was really exciting to hear him read from his new book, “A Princess of Landover.” I was able to get a First Edition of the new book signed, as well as the old, ratty copy of the “Scions of Shannara” that I pilfered from my dad’s library almost 20 years ago.

The first thing Terry said to me when I handed him my books to sign? “What did you do to my book!?”
